John Martin Painting were awarded the internal painting and decorating to 351 luxury canal side apartments in Manchester by Lendlease. Three Blocks consisting of 15, 14 and 12 storeys high were delivered to a high standard and to programme. Lendlease have since awarded John Martin Painting Potato Wharf Manchester, another scheme of residential apartments.
